The City of Deerfield Beach’s Community Services Department recognizes the importance of education and is aware that the future leaders are attending Deerfield Beach schools. In an effort to assist students to reach their full educational potential, the City is excited to announce the Annual Back-to-School Community Block Party in partnership with The Broward Sheriff’s Office Deerfield Beach District. The Block Party is scheduled for Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Oveta McKeithen Recreational Complex located at 445 SW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach.

Attendees can expect back-to-school supplies, entertainment, complimentary food, games, music, and a kids’ zone..
