All signed Back-to-School forms for Deerfield Beach High should be submitted today by first period teachers. Make sure to attach the bright green list of students who did not submit their form, as it is required to be on campus.

Deerfield’s tardy procedures for student have started this week. So students will not be allowed in class when the late bell ring, and must retrieve a pass from RISE in room 146 before being allowed into their classrooms.

It is the last day of Cheerleading Tryouts today, August 18^th in the 500 Breezeway at 3:30 p.m.

Any girls interested in playing basketball need to attend the Girls’ Basketball Interest Meeting today, August 18^th at 2:45 p.m. in Room 255. See Coach Brayboy with any questions.

Unity 4 Teens is a youth development program that helps to nurture the growth of students here at Deerfield Beach High during the after-school hours. The coordinators will be set up in the Rotunda for A and B Lunch all this week including today August 18^th to answer questions about the elite program.

Any student who still does not have an I.D. can get one during their assigned lunch in the back hallway of the Cafeteria.

Driver’s Education registration is active on DeerfieldBeachHigh.net. B.C.P.S. is using a lottery system for the limited spots available so the forms link will stay active until Thursday, August 20^th at 4:00 p.m. Make sure to use a correct e-mail and student information as students will be contacted about the lottery results the end of next week.

Student parking spots are now open online to pay the $60.00 fee. All students who drive to campus must have a proof of valid insurance and driver’s license; permits are not accepted.

Underclassmen and Faculty will be taking their Deerfield I.D. pictures on Thursday, August 20^th and Friday, August 21^st through study halls. Though the Class of 2027 should have already scheduled their senior pictures with Cady.com before December’s deadline.
