Senior Cap and Gown Orders

Comments Off on Senior Cap and Gown Orders

Danny Ramirez, a Herf Jones representative, led this year’s senior cap and gown meeting on Wednesday, January 13th. He presented different offers and packages to the class of 2021 that are on sale on the Herf Jones website, www.hjsenior.com.

Although the method by which the graduation ceremony will occur is unsure, it is intended to be an in-person ceremony. Wearing a cap and gown will be required to graduate on stage, and if a student will not be graduating, and they bought a cap and gown, they will receive a refund. Seniors who pre-ordered the plaque of their diploma will receive it after the ceremony. Since the students must return the gown when the night ends, seniors are encouraged to take pictures before the ceremony begins.

To order, students and guardians can visit the Herf Jones website, where they will see different deals, all including the cap and gown rental. Within the deals under GRADPAKS, students can order things in addition to the graduation attire, like a plaque with a copy of the graduate’s diploma, shirts, mugs, hoodies, rings, joggers, and more.

Any additional items will be shipped one to two days after order placement, but the gowns will not arrive at the school campus until May. Shipping is only free for a limited time, so seniors should place their orders soon. The payment for a cap and gown must be made by February 28th, 2021. Other senior pride items from the GRADPAKS deal have no deadline to order but will become more expensive as graduation nears.

Payment for a cap and gown can either be made in full or with a $100 deposit. While ordering, the student’s height and weight are necessary to ensure that the gown fits each student correctly. After payment, the process is finished, and seniors may focus on wrapping up their high school careers by working hard for the remainder of the school year.
