Deerfield Beach High School has approximately 200 ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students who come from all over the world, but mostly from the Caribbean Islands and Central and South America. Students whose home language is not English are evaluated upon entering Deerfield Beach High School and are placed either in sheltered ESOL classes or regular classes depending on English language level.
If you have any questions about the program, you may contact the ESOL Office at 754-322-0666 or email Miderland Delance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
