Quill and Scroll International Honorary Society has finally returned to Deerfield Beach High School. This club has been brought to ensure that journalistic students are recognized and acknowledged for their writing skills. For journalistic students, this is an opportunity for encouragement in journalism and academic achievement.

Q&S President Maria Campos and Vice-President Enijdna VanBokkelen hand chose this year’s members for their remarkable accomplishments made while being in the Communications Broadcast Arts Program. Only sophomores, juniors, and seniors affiliated with the CBA program were given the Q&S application. Joining this club could potentially put you at the top of the game by guaranteeing openings for scholarships and future graduation awards.

Students will have to pay a total of $45 to enroll and turn in three pieces of journalism work, attached with application. The Q&S advisor Ms. Peterson in room 263 will accept payments and application. The last day to make a deposit for the club will be on Friday, February 10th. Both cash and money orders are accepted. Join to help make a difference with your kindness and profound spirit to help both the school and community.
